Hello!

My name is Rachel, I’m a mum of 5 and I’m passionate about connecting with those I love. If like me your life is busy, your to-do list seems endless, but you really don’t want to miss what really matters along the way, you are not alone!

Join me on this journey and together we’ll make a stand against all that gets in the way of making lasting and meaningful connections with those closest to us.

My desire is that you will find encouragement, practical tips and resources that will equip you and your family not only to live but enjoy the life you were made for, my prayer is that you too will SHOUT for JOY!
